At Peach State Birth Coalition, we turn passion into action by advocating for midwife licensure, educating families, and building a stronger, more connected birth community in Georgia.
What We Do
Supporting Midwifery & Birth Access in Georgia
Families across Georgia still face real barriers when it comes to where and how they give birth. Access to qualified midwives, out-of-hospital birth options, and respectful care is not equally available to everyone and that needs to change.
We support expanded midwifery access through education, community outreach, and partnerships that raise awareness about birth choices and the vital role midwives play in maternal care.
Every family deserves informed, respectful options. We're here to help make that a reality.
✨ Your support helps us continue educating families, building community, and advocating for a future where safe birth options are accessible to all Georgians.
Empowering Families with Knowledge
Informed birth is empowered birth. From the first trimester through the fourth, we provide education on birth options, birth planning, midwifery care, postpartum recovery, and newborn care — without the fluff.
Through shared stories, practical resources, and expert-backed guidance, we help families feel confident navigating their choices at every stage.
We're currently working behind the scenes on something big — free and low-cost childbirth education classes coming soon to Georgia families. Stay tuned.

Creating Space for Connection
Birth can feel isolating. We make sure it doesn't have to be.
We host local events, meetups, and panel discussions to bring birth workers, moms, and allies together from casual coffee shop chats to full community gatherings. We create space for real conversation, meaningful support, and the kind of community that sticks around long after the birth.
No mom should feel alone. Every voice has a place at this table.
Helping You Find the Support You Need
Whether you're trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or deep in the postpartum fog — finding the right support shouldn't feel like a second job.
We're building a central hub of trusted Georgia resources to connect families with midwives, doulas, lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, postpartum support groups, and more.
